Station 3: HIT THE WEIGHTS
Gain the group’s input and new ideas as you apply your coaching skills in your own ministry setting. This is a three month engagement meeting twice per month; fee $240.
Our Process:
- Register and pay $240 for Station 3
- Next, we send you a Welcome Letter package with the following documents for your review, signature and return:
- Station 3 Agreement
- Contact Information & Self-assessment form
- Member submits development goals and agreement
- Gym Trainer contact members to coordinate regular meeting time (4 member minimum) and confirms meeting time and bridgeline for calls.
- After completion of 3 months of group coaching member completes a self-assessment, schedules a conversation with trainer to determine additional rounds of Station 3, or readiness of Station 4 – C4C’s 3-day Train-the-Trainer with 50% tuition scholarship.
