A Transformational Coaching Model,
taught by Relevant Ministry
The four-hour ICF credentialed class, A Transformational Coaching Model, provides a reproducible and repeatable strategic framework for positive change in life and ministry. The model takes those coached beyond transaction to transformation. This coaching model comes from tried and proven principles from the Old Testament book of Nehemiah that produces a biblical, transformational process. It helps the person coached to develop a custom solution to get from where they are (Present Situation) to where they want to go (Preferred Future). Students will also learn the updated ICF Core Competencies that go into effect in 2021 and discover how the Core Competencies fit naturally into the coaching model. Upon completing this class, students earn 3 CCE units in Core Competencies and 1 CCE unit in Coaching Ethics. This course taught by Nelson Roth (PCC) and Pam Roth (PCC) from Relevant Ministry is in partnership with Coaching4Clergy.
