About the Presenter:
Dr. Helen Richardson is the Founder and CEO of Career Consciousness, established in 1996. She is a speaker, coach, trainer and consultant. Her focus is on addressing the personal empowerment issues in workplace dynamics, career entry, career transition, and leadership effectiveness. She has a doctorate in organizational development and training from Temple University. Her certifications include: an International Coaching from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland; Hay Group Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Styles and Organizational Climate 360 inventories; and Center for Creative Leadership, Benchmarks. Her clients are both organizational and private. She is currently on the faculty in the organizational leadership program at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
A New Way to Think About WorkTM Model is both a coaching and training model. It came about as a result of Dr. Richardson’s education and 25+ years of work experience as a human resources manager, organizational development consultant, and career coach.
