One of my favorite activities is reading a daily email I receive from “The Quotable Coach” by Barry Demp. Each day he offers a timely quote, along with a brief commentary or exercise. These daily quotes are one of several daily practices that center and focus me – helping me live each day to its fullest. I know that many of you have daily practices that are vital to you.
December, the last month of the year, is the perfect time to take a candid look at your daily practices. What regular practices, if added, would help you live each day to its fullest? Add it – today!
Here are several of my favorite quotes. Enjoy!
“Life is like an elevator. On your way up, sometimes you have to stop and let some people off.”– Author Unknown
“The worst walls are never the ones you find in your way. The worst walls are the ones you put there – you build yourself.”- Ursula K. LeGuin, American 20th century science fiction writer
“Be so good they can’t ignore you.” – Steve Martin, American actor and comedian
“Do one thing each day that scares you.” – Eleanor Roosevelt, longest-serving First Lady of the United States
All the best to you,
