One of the biggest distractions for today’s leaders is the belief thatQuestion Mark in Bubble they need to have all of the answers.  When a challenging issue surfaces they think that they are supposed to fix things.

It’s time to cancel your subscription to this belief!

Instead, become the Question Guy!

You don’t need to personally solve every problem. As the leader it is your responsibility to be aware of challenges, but you do not have to personally fix things.

Instead, ask a powerful question.  Or, invite them to “Tell you more.”

Over time you and others will realize that your greatest contribution is a really great question.

All the best to you,
