Coaching through a Pandemic: COVID and its aftermath
Level One

Due to the pandemic, and its emotional and psychological effects on worship and events, clergy and congregational leaders have been scrambling to reinvent church, online and in sacramental ways. Often working in isolation and from home, clergy and congregational leaders find themselves confronted daily by brand new challenges as communicators, technologists, fundraisers, struggling to meet the ongoing emotional and psychological needs of their congregants and communities, everywhere they go. The struggle to understand the depth of change required of clergy and congregations is real and, there will be no going “back,” ever.

The Rev. Dr. Claire Bamberg, LMFT, PCC will offer a Professional Coach Training course to prepare participants who complete this training to support clergy and congregations as they live through and emerge from the emotional and psychological impacts of the pandemics, moving into a future that waits to be created. Claire is on the faculty of both Coaching4Clergy and Coaching4TodaysLeaders.
This course will be an online course.
