- Core-Training and Practice lab (40 hours)
- Asynchronous/Self-Paced Recorded Webinars
- Three Elective Classes (12 hours)
- Group Mentor coaching (8 hours)

General Program Information:

- Your primary instructor for your core training will be Val. Your elective classes will be taught by one of Coaching4Clergy’s faculty members.
- Your primary instructor for Group Mentor-Coaching will be Val. Your three individual mentor-coaching sessions will be facilitated by Val and Coaching4Clergy-approved mentor coaches.
- Your coach training curriculum includes:
- Three textbooks (These will be mailed to you after you register.)
- The Professional Coach Training Textbook: Coaching4Clergy
- Change Your Questions, Change Your Church
- Ministry 3.0
- Five coaching audios (The link for these will be emailed to you after you register.)
- And various Ebooks. (These will be placed in our learning portal.)
- The fee for the textbooks and class materials is $249.00
- Three textbooks (These will be mailed to you after you register.)
- Coaching4Clergy utilizes a Learning Portal called EDU2.0. We also use a learning platform called Zoom. You will receive additional information about these resources once you have registered.
- Please note that you are allowed to miss up to 20% of class time, and classes are recorded for you to view on missed days.
- Upon completion of the program, you will be required to submit an application for graduation from Coaching4Clergy, including a recording of one of your coaching sessions with a written transcript, along with a graduation application fee of $350.00. Upon successful completion of the graduation requirements, you will receive your graduation certificate which you can then submit to the ICF when applying for your coaching credential.

Asynchronous/Self-Paced Recorded Webinars:
There are two recorded webinar courses to be completed at each student’s convenience. Successful completion includes a two page reaction paper on each course. You will find these in our Learning Portal.

Elective Courses*:
Each participant is required to complete three electives.

- Students select three elective classes from a list of eleven elective offerings.
- Elective classes are offered at various times and dates.
- Elective classes include students from various Coaching4Clergy offerings.

Group Mentor-Coaching Dates*:
There are two options. After you register, you will select your mentor-coaching group.

- Group 1: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 12noon Eastern Time Zone – March 19, 21, 26 & 28, 2019
- Group 2: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3 to 5pm Eastern Time Zone – March 19, 21, 26 & 28, 2019

Individual Mentor-Coaching:
The requirement is 3 hours of individual mentor-coaching.

- You will schedule your individual mentor-coaching session with your individual mentor-coach.

*Upon registration, you will be directed to a form so that you can choose your electives and your Mentor-Coaching Group.

Online Student Orientation
Please join us for a Student Orientation session on Thursday, November 8, 2018, from 2:00-3:00pm Central Time. (Click here for the time in your local time zone.) During this meeting we will provide you with valuable information about the 2019 UMC Clergy Coach Training Program. We will also address your questions.
This session will be recorded so that you can refer to it for future reference.
