If you want to please everyone become a wedding planner, not a leader!
Every time I hear this statement it puts a smile on my face.
I apologize if there are any wedding planning’s reading this article. But it’s true – as a wedding planner, your goal is to please as many people attending the wedding as you can.
As leaders, we have different goals. Pleasing people is a part of our goal – after all, we don’t want to intentionally make people angry. Our goal also includes: casting vision, forward movement, course corrections, people development and deployment.
Lets’ resolve, once and for all, that we are not wedding planners. We are leaders!
