Jennifer began this coaching thing in 2007 when her District Superintendent required having a coach for a new and challenging ministry setting. She so appreciated her coaching experience that by 2009 began taking training courses through Coaching4Clergy. Jennifer’s coaching focuses upon those serving in full-time ministry. Jennifer is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and has over 1000 hours of coaching staff and church members. She is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church and met her husband Warren at Duke Divinity School. They are the proud parents of Theadora, an elementary student in Hershey, Pa.
