The 5 days of training at Palmer Seminary will provide 40 coach-training hours. To complete the training and receive the required number of hours to apply for the ACC through the International Coach Federation, 24 addition coach-training hours are needed. These are provided online through three live online classes and two self-paced/asynchronous classes.

  • Two asynchronous/self-paced classes.
    • 100: An Overview of the Core Coaching Competencies

  • One core class that meets one hour a week for four weeks.
    • 102: Common Coaching Scenarios in Ministry
  • Two electives–You may choose from a list of electives. These meet one hour a week for four weeks.
