Rick McKinley, PCC

Rick is a PCC level coach, and former special educator, specializing in behavioral/emotional disturbance. He is currently ordained in the New England Conference of the United Methodist Church, having been in full-time ministry since 2001. He is currently serving as the Director of Congregational Development for the New England Conference. Part of this work is to identify and deploy leaders to start new churches in new ways in new places. He also oversees the systems for revitalization and renewal for existing churches. Coaching is a vital part of his work, as he works with pastors and church teams around the country to help them reach the goals they have identified.
