Top Ten List! Why work with a Coach?

July 15, 2014 By //  by J. Val Hastings

Just a quick reminder of the Top Ten Reasons to work with a Coach:

Your coach will:

  1. Provide motivation when strong actions are called for.
  2. Ask powerful questions that launch you forward.
  3. Keep you FOCUSED on what’s most important.
  4. Listen deeply for what’s really going on or getting in the way.
  5. Hold you accountable, especially when you’re tempted to walk away.
  6. Unconditionally support you when you take a hit.
  7. Help you gain greater clarity about what you really, REALLY want.
  8. Create awareness around your limiting beliefs and false assumptions.
  9. Be an objective sounding board for you when making decisions.
  10. Encourage GOD-sized action.
All the best to you,
