With over 30 years of experience in pastoral ministry and pastoral psychotherapy, I bring an open-hearted and spiritual approach as a coach, mentor coach, and coach trainer.

My passion is engaging clergy and others in health, wellness, and resiliency. In my work with churches and groups, I am skilled in coaching toward church vitality, conflict transformation, healthy communication, and positive intelligence within teams and organizations.

When I am not working, I love kayaking, hanging out with my adult children, just about any craft or art project, and singing around a campfire in my backyard.
