I had been curious about coaching for years and was on the mailing list of a few coaches.  The time was right for me to invest in the Coaching4Clergy training which contextualized coaching for Pastors without limiting us to the Christian church. Coaching refreshed my passion for ministry and lifted some of the burdens of Pastoring from me. Now, with the changes in society, it is wise for all Pastors to become trained as coaches.
